A study calendar generator places revision into real dates and times instead of leaving it as a wish list. My Study Plan creates the schedule in your browser and downloads a standard iCalendar file without asking for access to your Google, Apple or Outlook account.
Enter your subjects, priorities, dates and available time. Generate the plan, review it, then choose the ICS download. Import that file into your preferred calendar app. The default range is two weeks so the calendar remains useful and easy to change.
What the generator puts in the calendar
Each event includes a subject, start time, end time and a focused study instruction. Sessions begin after the time you get home, include the breaks you selected, and avoid overloading days you asked to keep lighter.
Subjects are not divided equally by default. Higher-importance, lower-confidence subjects receive more attention, and exam proximity can increase priority. Near an exam, the plan moves toward lighter review rather than adding punishing blocks.
Choose fixed or recurring events

Fixed events are usually better for the final weeks before exams because urgency changes. Recurring sessions are useful when Tuesday at 17:00 is reliably the same kind of study slot each week.
Why the export range is limited
The default export covers 14 days, and non-recurring exports are capped at 31 days. A short range is easier to review and reduces the chance of filling a calendar with old assumptions. It also keeps the file comfortably below import limits and makes future adjustments simpler.
How to import an ICS study calendar
- Generate your study plan and check the dates and session times.
- Choose the calendar download option and save the file.
- Open the import settings in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook or another iCalendar-compatible app.
- Select the downloaded ICS file and choose the calendar that should contain the study sessions.
- Check the first event and time zone before relying on the rest of the schedule.
Your calendar account stays private
My Study Plan does not log in to your calendar, request permission to read existing events or upload your subjects to a planning server. The schedule is generated locally. You decide whether to import the downloaded file and which calendar receives it.
When a PDF is better
Use the colour PDF when you want a printable overview on a wall, desk or tablet. Use the ICS file when reminders and exact start times are more useful. You can download both from the same generated plan.
